The Important Stuff (Please Read)

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

All sessions are prepaid and non-transferable.

No session time will be held without completed payment.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once, provided:

• The request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time
• The new session takes place within 14 business days of your original booking date

Additional reschedules are not permitted.

Missed sessions without proper notice are considered delivered and are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable.

Once your session has begun, it is considered delivered in full and is non-refundable.

Due to the nature of strategic and advisory services, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes, implementation results, or personal expectations.

Scope of Services

Each session includes only the services described on the sales page at the time of booking.

Sessions do not include ongoing advisory, additional revisions, follow-up consulting beyond what is explicitly listed, or implementation services unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All original business concepts, creative ideas, and materials you bring into the session remain your property.

Alchemy 11 retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, methodologies, strategic models, language systems, and session materials shared during the session.

You are granted permission to apply the strategy, positioning, and direction developed in your session to your business.

However, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, or commercially share Alchemy 11’s proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials without written consent.

No Guarantees

We provide strategic guidance and direction.

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, audience growth, or market performance.

Your results depend on execution, market conditions, and individual business factors beyond our control.

Reversed or Disputed Payments

By submitting your booking request and completing payment, you are digitally acknowledging and agreeing to these terms in full.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or returned after booking, the session fee remains due.

Any transaction we are required to formally contest will incur a $20 administrative fee in addition to the outstanding balance.

Failure to resolve disputed payments may result in collection action where permitted by law.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrival does not extend your session.

Confidentiality

All client discussions are kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

You agree not to record sessions without written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State].
